Cancellation policy
If RDA Consulting cancels an event or workshop, registrants are eligible for a refund of the registration fee paid. They may be offered an alternative workshop or credit for future workshops. RDA Consulting is not liable for any expenses incurred.
If a registrant cancels, refunds will be applied as follows:
Up to 28 calendar days before the event starts full refund minus a £40 processing fee.
Up to 20 calendar days before the event 50% refund.
After this date no refunds will be made.
