Explore the flow through the SAVI Grid and widen the range of “alert” recognition, communication diagnosis, and development of strategies for change.
In this two-day Workshop, we will build on the work of Patterns not People by including:
- Broadening the range of patterns to code & produce
- Looking at the patterns through the lens of SAVI Theory
- Seeing what each is saying about implicit & explicit goals
- Developing hypotheses based on the data collected
- Exploring the assets & liabilities of different patterns in different contexts
- Building an exploratory & collaborative communication climate & having fun
