In this two-day Workshop, we will:
- Practise seeing the communication patterns, not the people
- Explore through the SAVI lens the impact of different verbal patterns
- Discover ways to reduce ‘noise’ so more information gets heard & problems are solved more easily
- Build an exploratory, collaborative learning climate & have fun
